Michael A. Deloney
Managing Partner & Creative Director

In the role of Creative Director, Michael is responsible for the overall creative direction of all visual representations of the company, as well as, all website development projects, graphic design advertisements, copyrighting, and design layout direction.  Michael holds an AS in Computer Aided Drafting from ITT of Little Rock and has 9 years of CAD experience.  He is a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and TRAHC African-American Advisory Committee and currently serves as a drafting contractor for Applied Control Technology.

Brian L. Matthews, M.B.A.
Managing Partner & Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer of BMD Consultants, Brian is responsible for leading and directing all of the company’s initiatives in the sales and marketing departments, including marketing operations, advertising, sales operations, company branding, public relations strategies, sales management, customer service initiatives, new account acquisitions, business development, partnership marketing, and strategic relationship planning.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for both United Way of Greater Texarkana and Faith, Love, and Hope Youth Corporation.  Brian is an active member and Ambassador and Team Captain for the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council, Inc. (TRAHC); the TRAHC African-American Advisory Committee; YouthBuild Texarkana; Partners in Education, associated with the Texarkana Independent School District.  Brian graduated with a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Management from Harding University, both with honors.
